This is was a really great insight to gender non conformity and was developed in a way that all children and adults can learn about this topic. I absolutely adored Jacob and I loved how he continuously asked his mom for a dress because that's what he's most comfortable in. This isn't a story related to the sexuality of Jacob but more so a story of what it's like to raise a child that doesn't want to conform to assigned gender roles.
