Meet Me on Love Lane, Volume 2 by Nina Bocci

4.0

This romantic comedy is a sweet story of self-discovery and finding love when Charlotte Bishop returns to her hometown of Hope Lake which she left at age 10. She has many memories of her life here before her divorced mother took her away from her father and grandmother. She also has memories that have been taken away, including those of her best friend Henry.

Charlotte soon finds that Hope Lake has a lot to offer - a great job opportunity, and two amazing men who have fallen for her. Will this be enough to keep Charlotte in Hope Lake?

I read this book, the second in the Hopeless Romantics series, as a standalone and did not feel as though I was missing anything by not reading the first book. I found the book to be engaging, full of interesting characters, and enjoyable.
