lord these last few books have been super emotional. before anything else... disrespectfully FUCK Emery's parents. I was absolutely vexed that they would blame Sammie for her r@pe, disgusting human beings, absolutely hate people who use God to judge others as if they are absolute saints, god fearing christians who project their fears onto others can go to hell!!. Also as much as i understand Sammie's trauma that does not excuse her abandoning her baby, even for 5 minutes, anything could've happened between her leaving and Emery coming back, her trauma also doesn't excuse abondoning your sister (who took you in and supported you and would continue to support you) to run back to your shitty parents who literally made you feel like shit. 

oK rant aside, love love LOVE Oliver and Emery and of course little Reese, every damn chapter had me crying or choking up, the healing they went through together was just *chef's kiss's*
