I was recommended this book as something fun and light, and I'm really glad I was!!! I quite enjoyed this book's exotic location, description of life on the seas, and the great characters. The heroine was a feisty woman who fought for others, as well as for what she believed in. The hero was a pirate who was a lot kinder than his gruff and hardened exterior let on. I just really liked this story. THe author handled a lot of the plot elements in very interesting, and not annoying, ways. I will certainly be back for more of her work
