This was great. Funny but also really sad. I think I liked it a little better than Things Fall Apart maybe because it’s easier for me (white, in 2020) to connect to 20th Century story where, when the things do fall apart and people get lost in happens in the bureaucracy and catches of the modern world. I really identified with the main character, the way the things go wrong, the way we go wrong, get lost, kids ourselves and feel pain.
