Man's Search for Meaning by Viktor E. Frankl

The 1st part of this book is an interesting view of life in a concentration camp, which did not go into deep detail about the travesties that occurred in them. The 2nd part a look at Frankl's theories of Logotherapy - finding meaning in life as a way to deal with psychological issues.
The 1st part of the book was easier to read than the 2nd, as Frankl implemented the use of medical terms when discussing his philosophy, however his use of case studies to illustrate the concepts of the therapy greatly helped to explain the content.
