I must say, I was scared, really scared. The book was so mercilessly dark that I just want to get rid of it now and never read it again, chase it away like a nightmare.
Giving it 4/5 stars because the story dragged for me sometimes.
What I admire is the way King prepares the psychological ground for actions that his characters are going to make. The general outline (but not the ending) of the story got predictable from the middle, but I enjoyed all the details that brought it to the ending.
