"It sounds like magic, but it's science."

I did not expect to finish this in just one day, and I did not expect to enjoy it as much as I did.. My biology loving self was having an absolute blast reading this book.

It's very insightful and easy to read. I love how everything is backed by scientific research, and how Jessie explains everything in a simple way, even using graphs to help visualize everything.
I've already tried incorporating some of the hacks in here for a couple of weeks, and surprisingly I've noticed a huge difference.. I feel different (in a good way obviously). And honestly, everything just makes a lot of sense now.
