Part of me would love to say I hated this book. It was intensely uncomfortable. In the end I appreciate the perspective this gave me into the lives of people who live so much differently than me. At times I was so frustrated with her life circumstances and other times I felt empathy for all the things they each dealt with. Its given me a lot to think about.
