It's a slow start, but it's worth getting through the beginning to get the big pay off in the end.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book with its focus on the small things of life that have such a large impact on our mental health and well-being.

I particularly enjoyed reading the footnotes - very humorous, though distracting since I had to keep navigating back and forth; it’s not as easy as having a printed copy.
