Edit: Changed my rating to 3 stars because 5 just didn't seem right
OK I don't really know why I'm giving this book 5 stars even though I felt 2nd hand embarrassement the whole time and didn't like any of the characters. Maybe I'm giving it this rating just for the vibes, I had really good vibes from this book, otherwise it was just a lot of cheesy and cliché moments put together in one book. Belly is one of the most annoying characters I've ever seen, she really thinks the world revolves around her or smth she doesn't deserve all of the love people are giving her tbh (and what is this name anyway, how is she not embarrassed of herself with a name like this), her best friend sucks idk how they're even best friends, Conrad is way too overprotective like she's his girlfriend or something while he's literally going out with Red Sox girl all the time and I hate it (and he's also a big red flag) , Jeremiah is the only character I liked here and Cam is just... idk I just don't like him. Romance books are just not my cup of tea ig. I hate romance books because the mc always ends up breaking the heart of the only character I like (Jeremiah here) and it really makes me mad how she treats him just because she likes someone else *cries in 2nd male lead syndrome*. I've never read a romance book and liked it, it's always full of embarrassement and unrealistic standards for me. But I keep reading romance books anyway, don't ask me why.
