This book was exactly what I wanted. It's such a sweet little hurt/comfort read. I adore Danny. He's trying his best and life has just beat him down. But, that doesn't stop him from going above and beyond. Haru is so kind and sweet and thoughtful. I love how he treats Danny with caution and care while still treating him so well. Haru never asks much of Danny and instead helps him in so many ways. It's so sweet. And Danny, for having gone through so much, gives all he can in the ways he can to both Haru and his friends. I love that he's able to make friends and get a job. And all his friends showing up to help? So precious! This was such a sweet little read.
