Ok I finished this book in one day! Yes one day! I snuck in reading whenever I could! A woman standing at the subway hands her baby to a total stranger tells her to take care of her and then jumps in front of the train. Nicole Markham CEO of a very successful business. Recently had a baby and she’s suffering from anxiety and her thoughts keep going back to an incident that happened in her past, she fears she cannot be a great mother to her new daughter Quinn. Morgan Kincaid is dealing with the death of her husband and the mess he left her in. They both find themselves at the train station that fateful morning. When Morgan finds herself holding Nicole’s baby wondering why would this woman jump? Soon she finds herself possibly being charged with murder because the police believe she pushed her, Morgan decides to investigate this woman’s life and what led her to jump and how is she connected to this whole ordeal. Someone lurking in the shadows wants morgan to leave things alone, soon she finds her own life is at risk. What she uncovers will have you turning the pages and will leave you shocked! Five stars!
