I feel like I need to start selecting my books better because I have been striking out a lot lately...but I loved the previous one and thought I'd like this one too. ALAS.

While the first book was slow, it had enough going on to keep your interest. This book, however, is sloooooow. The most excruciating slow burn from the prior book turns into a cliche here. Jonas makes a comeback and WHY IS HE HERE?

Saga was the only POV I truly cared about but it isn't enough to carry the rest.

Sigh.
