This was just as good as the first one, if not a little more since the characters and setting are already pretty much established. I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that this whole series will be three- and four-star books for me. I'm pretty sure none of them are going to blow my mind, but I'm also pretty sure I'm going to enjoy the whole series for what it is. After the next one, I think I'll start sprinkling in other books so I don't end up burning myself out and risk losing interest.
