Good message, though it feels like a part 1 of 2 of a finale. The ending feels like a sharp cut that might as well say "to be continued." There is a lot of set up for the emotional journey to come in the final chapter. But there is evidence in this book that everything will work out for the better, whether or not it's the easy thing to do. All that being said, I am glad that Oseman is taking the slow and delibetate route to ensure all characters get a satisfying ending that makes sense.
