Throughly enjoyed this book—there are not many books that focus on polyamory and trauma like this one does. Some of the content in here was triggering, particularly the sections on attachment and toxic relationships, which made it difficult to get through. My suggestion is that if this book reminds you of past experiences in both romance and mostly in family, take your time with this work and be patient with yourself.
