I didn't really know what to expect. I actually thought vampires. (Minor spoiler, it's not vampires). This story didn't feel like anything else I had read before so I didn't have a solid guess where the end was going. However, Bardugo has landed herself on my instant read list for a reason and I'm glad to have read this one.
