I don’t know what it is with me and billionaire romances lately, but I’ve really enjoyed every one I’ve been reading. I’ve never been a fan of billionaire romances. In fact, most of the times I read them, I’m screaming ”Fuck corporate America, and every billionaire ever!” in my head. But, maybe my opinions have changed. Or maybe I’ve just been reading really good authors. And Julia Wolfe seems like she’s a really really good writer. Granted this is my first book of Julia’s, and the third in a series (where I was definitely missing some previous context), but this was stunningly written.

I loved the male main character, and I adored the banter between the heroine and the hero. The smut was also delicious, the lowkey breeding kink was so hot. Also the baby!!!! I’m turning into a whole other person lately, because I loved the baby and pregnancy in this one, and usually I hate both tropes in my romances. But this one was so cute, especially with the way the MMC just melted for both the heroine and her baby.

I don’t know what’s wrong with me, but I’m definitely not complaining. This really was a great book, I can’t read to read more from Julia Wolfe, and go back to read the other books in this series.
