DNF !!! At 50% Inappropriate relationship with a 7 year old kid and their teacher??? Insisting she is going to be his mother when she literally has potheads as roommates this girl is delusional she couldn’t even afford a $15 toy for the kid how is she gonna adopt him??? Also the age gap between this man and her rubbed me the wrong way I couldn’t do it. The author is interesting but VERY ODD behavior sending letters back to abused children and saying they’d be their sidekicks and such. Very YA coded book and I was expecting something a little more mature
