If your blind date showed up wearing a full on elf costume, what would you do? You can't blame Andrew for immediately wanting to escape. Especially he realizes that Kenzie is his best friend's little sister. But when the party planner for the company's Christmas party quits, he immediately recommends Kenzie for the job.

When Andrew immediately wrote Kenzie off and was a total you-know-what during their date, I was eager to see how Piper Rayne would get me to actually like this British lawyer (though being British already won him some points in my book). But I didn't just learn to 'like' him. Just like Kenzie, I quickly learned that his reaction on their date wasn't indicative of who he really is.

Overall, I really enjoyed Single and Ready to Jingle. It was a sweet story with a couple of twists, but still ended happily. If you're looking for a super sweet, easy read to jumpstart your holiday season, this is the book for you!
