the ending of this book, the last four words....mr pyper really fucking knows how to stick the landing and be graceful as poetry itself. the story itself is shaped as mystery/horror kinda schtick and i appreciate and love him for doing so but if you read the reviews on the back of the book, they’ll mention sci-go and boy....i’m no fan of sci-fi it’s equal parts far flung and equal parts as possible as the next horizon but shit the book slapped so damn hard i’m actually upset i had to put it down as is the case with most of andrew pyper’s books. thank you for this i appreciated reading every word of this novel.
