This was a delight! I devoured it in a day. The prose is so gorgeous. I felt SO many things reading this book; the sense of voice and inferiority feels very similar to Sally Rooney in a way: the starkness and intimacy that you get being inside Casey’s head is just delightful. The ending of this was one of those where I just close the book and sit with it for a few minutes, thinking about everything I just read. I really just loved everything about this, I think I’m going to be thinking about this one for a while.
