This is my second time reading this and I just loved it. It was one of those books that made me feel like I was watching a film, like I almost forgot I was actually reading. I just tore through it. Highly recommended easy reading.

There are obviously some places it lacks, which is probably covered up by my love for the show. There are also times when the book feels more like a collage of episodes (which it kind of is!) rather than a single plot. It also skips over some of the character bonding that the show provides, but it does give a lot of much needed backstory to elements of the plot.

However, despite all these flaws I just can’t give it a lower rating because it’s so much fun. The book is funny without being pretentious, it’s interesting without being technical, and it’s just plain enjoyable all-round.
