Kitchen Confidential reveals the complexity of Anthony Bourdain's inner world and seemingly myopic external world in which all revolved around the kitchen and food. The book features the full range of "-isms" and is by no means a politically correct text. As someone deeply interested in cooking, I found the book to be interesting.
