I did enjoy this one. It wasnt what I expected it to be based on the previous books, but it still is good. It does seem to have less action, and more story building. I do think that was needed to wrap the book up neatly though. I just was use to action packed books. Dont get me wrong, this one has action just not as much compared to previous books. It still is a great book, with a great ending.

This is book 8 in the Protector Guild Series. This is the final book in the series. The romance in this book is solid with all the pre established why choose relationships strong, and growing stronger. The book remains spicy like the previous books, with multiple partners in one spicy scene. The book moves at a steady pace as Max and her mates work together to try, and stop the apocalypse from happening. Along the way they make some discoveries that can help them defeat the Guild as well. This book is full of story building so that when the book finishes you are left feeling satisfied with a wonderfully completed series that was full of action, romance, spice, and excitement.
