I enjoyed this book. The focus of the book is primarily professional or sales relationships but would apply to personal and social relationships as well. Goulston makes a case for the power of empathy to l help people improve or to get the outcome you are after. He also provides a number of strategies and example conversations so you can picture how to use his advice.
