Representation: Polyamorous Heroine
Perry is probably the most obvious Not Like Other Girls heroine I've read in adult fiction. But I still enjoyed the re-read.
Safety Rating: Safe
• No cheating
• No OW/OM drama
- Comparison between Perry and the Heroes' past lovers continues (but predominately between Edward's deceased wife and Perry)
• No pushing away
• No separation
Possible Triggers: Yes
• Recounting of Edward and George's abduction when they were kids - includes allusion to the abuse they suffered
• Assassination
• Medical trauma
• Classism
Ending:Cliffhanger. Edward and George's parents are victims of an assassination - their mom is killed and their dad is in a coma.
