"The Lawn" is a short story that is a one-sitting read. This story flows well into the James Lalonde Mysteries series (Missing). In true A.D Hay's style, one is reeled into the last moments of one of the characters. The balance between dialogue and narration is good. Though the ending was rushed, I'm amazed by the author's capability of presenting vivid descriptions. A 4 star read!
