Umm wtf? This book was awful. I don’t know if it just wasn’t translated well, but pieces of it were missing. Sentences would just stop in the middle of them and we’d be in a new paragraph. I also couldn’t care less about this dudes screenplay. We didn’t know enough about it for it to lend anything to the story. And what we got of it was pretty bad. 
I’m not sure why they thought this terrible novella would make a good movie. Nothing really happens.
