Sorcery of Thorns by Margaret Rogerson
5.0

I feel a little like a hypocrite because the other day I said in a review that I like when my books have action.
However, I found that "Sorcery of Thorns" is a character and lore driven book, and the plot only plays the second fiddle. In this case, I don't think it's a bad thing, because the writing style, lore, and characters keep the book from being boring.
I can't say a lot about this book, because I loved it so much.
All I can say is that I cried, and this book may or may not be one of my top reads of 2019 (who am I kidding, of course, it is one). Besides, this book only released last month, and I feel like you just need to experience it, so I won't give too much away.
If you love books and magic as much as the next person does, you need to read this book.
