Like every book in this series, I somehow started off unconvinced or actively disliking one of the main duo but by the end they’d won me over and I loved them! Seriously disliked Josey in the previous book and was happy to be rid of her! Imagine my surprise that she’s the heroine of the next book. Her behavior in the last book doesn’t fully gel with her character in this book and her actions in that book felt glossed over her. Ultimately I liked her and often because I felt I was her. Will and Josey made sense together which made any issues I had with individually less important. The best romances are when two people work together even if it doesn’t make sense on the surface. Sad this series is over!
