Act Your Age, Eve Brown by Talia Hibbert

5.0

This book was so fun!! Definitely the funniest of the three. I liked how Eve stood up for herself and developed as a person! It’s marketed as enemies to lovers, but it’s very fluffy and they become friends first, which I love! Highly recommend this for a cute romance!

I can’t speak to the accuracy of the autism representation (as I’m not autistic), but it wasn’t outright rude. The author also lists the content warnings (mentions of childhood neglect and anti-autistic ableism) right at the beginning of the book, which I really love!

It was however my least favourite of the three, but it’s still a five star overall! Simply closer to four then the other too. This is because I found the beginning situation even more unrealistic and didn’t love their relationship as much, however this wasn’t enough to bring my rating down to a four. That being said, these things are easily overlooked and it’s possible that after reread I like the relationship a lot more (like I did with Chloe and Red).
