Good Omens: The BBC Radio 4 Dramatisation by Neil Gaiman, Terry Pratchett

4.0

I find it interesting how some of the twists of the story play out. And I'm trying to figure out how to explain what I like about them without spoiling the story. Early on, there is a plot point that one of the characters builds up as a major turning point. The decisions made when a certain event occurs will show the true nature of a person and shape the nature of things to come.

And then the event happens, and it's... ordinary. And you may think that everything will be alright because that was supposed to be the first step towards darkness and it was avoided.

Until you start to see a slow decent occurring later on, and you're reminded about an early comment about how Humanity does worse things to itself than anything team evil could come up with.

Over all, it was well performed by the cast, and I enjoyed this humorous take on the end of the world.
