So the first 150 pages were a 4.5 Stars for me. It was mysterious, creepy but engaging. I thought the story was intriguing and I wanted to know more. But the last 100 pages were just so anticlimactic and confusing and why I pushed the rating down. As well as, the writing formatting bothered me a bit and made confusing parts even more confusing. There are section where you don't know who Lena is talking too, if it's inner thoughts or if it is even describing what's happening or if it's mentioned of something else. I liked the discussion of race and class and what not but the confusing and parts took over.

Overall, I enjoyed myself in the beginning but then I just felt confused and dissatisfied towards the end.
