This darkly funny satire is my new favorite from R.F. Kuang! The novel tackles the problems of publishing, particularly racism, masterfully. I could never predict the main character Juniper’s next move, but it was consistently delusional and ridiculous. Avid readers will love this book for its inside look at the publishing world!
