Thank you to Netgalley for the ARC!
When I tell you I was obsessed with this book the entire time? WHEW. Nightstrider was an immaculate read, dealing with multiple complex characters all with unique narrative voices. Each chapter delved into the alternating motivations of each character and includes some of the best written morally grey characters I've read in a while. I felt especially attached to Wren and Ila, but appreciated each POV which is a miracle. There is nothing I hate more than fantasy books with multiple POVs where you don't love every character. It really makes it drag. Nightstrider is not one of these. With fantastic characters, Nightstrider is underpinned by a lush and creative world setting with a lyrical incorporation of mythology.
I desperately need book two in my hands already. I had so much fun with the first that I have no choice but to give it 5 stars.
