I'd like to give this 3.5 stars BUT ALAS!
This is actually the first manga I've read! I'm not sure how I feel about it but I attribute that 100% to my lack of knowledge and experience with the genre and Japanese culture. It engaged me enough that I was speeding through the pages by the end and I just ordered the second volume. I'm hoping that now that the overall framework of the story has been established, the next volume can delve deeper into the characters.
