In this volume, the Akura Sage, Akura Charity, opens up one of the family training grounds to both the Blackflame Empire and the Seishen Kingdom so that their True Golds have a greater opportunity to advance to Underlord and possibly be selected to represent the Akura family in the upcoming Uncrowned King Tournament.
Lindon, Yerin and Mercy are all prime candidates for advancement, but while the rewards are great, so too are the risks.
This is another spellbinding novel that delivers on all fronts, with wonderfully represented characters, plenty of action and tension mixed in with a fair amount of humour and soul-searching as our little band tries to find the personal revelation that will allow them each to advance to Underlord.
