Eight Cousins by Louisa May Alcott
5.0
Sent to live with her 6 aunts and 7 male cousins after the deaths of her parents, Rose is very overwhelmed. Going from an all girl's boarding school to a lot of family and noise, and now Uncle Alec is making her wear drab, sensible dresses and eat healthy food like oatmeal? How will Rose ever get used to all of this?
It took me a while to get through due to school, but I loved every page of this book! The first few chapters were kinda slow, but as Rose developed more character, it became way more enjoyable. Overall just a very sweet story of growth and finding oneself.
