Disturbing the Dead by Kelley Armstrong

3.0

Started off so well, around the middle it got a little stale cuz the writing style just doesn’t change. I was starting to get bored but i held out for Mal & Duncan (I WOULD GO TO WAR FOR THIS MAN).
Then the plot twist and i said okay you have my attention and it woke me up for a little bit until i got bored again. The things of magical lore that remained unexplored though actually irked me but whatever.
The ending felt so rushed tho and anticlimactic. Lowkey disappointed ngl

At the end of the day though, i loved all the characters that this series introduced me to so im not really all that upset lol
