I read this without reading Vicious or Vengeful. As I looked it up and saw that you could. Without reading those it still made sense and I quite enjoyed it as a bit of a standalone for now. Although I think there was a few mild spoilers.
I’m actually quite excited to get to those now after reading this. I’m intrigued with Eli and Victor.
