I really loved this book! I skipped book 3 because I was too excited to come for Krisxox and Svera, and I am standing by my decision. Let tell you...THE TENSION in this book!!!! It was amazing. REALLY well written. I am glad that most of the volatile phase of our MC's relationship was throughout Books 1 and 2. Svera and Krisxox are already at a breaking point when we catch up with them and it only adds to their amazing connection. 

Kisxox has a great redemption arc and I loved watching him come around to the fact that he's an asshole, haha. While I would have appreciated some form of outward groveling, he does do a lot of internal and we see his intentions through his actions. I don't know that any other alien has ever reached this pinnacle for me.

Svera really grew and I heaped on respect for her by the end of this book! She doesn't have strength is ways that are traditionally measured, but she grows into her shine and allows herself to take charge in ways that she still feels comfortable in. I also wasn't expecting this poor girl to have the most adventurous story to date, but she killed it!

Very excited for the breadcrumbs we're left in this story too! Can't wait to read the rest of the series.
