this... wow. i loved this one just as much (if not more than the first book). i don't have enough coherent thoughts to say more than this: please read this series. i loved seeing kiva's internal struggles post zalindov, dealing with her trauma, and figuring out her allegiances. i loved being back with all these characters (caldon you own a special place in my heart, you cheeky man). and just, that ending??? it left me <i> reeling </i> that's for sure. 

and yeah... that's it. that's the review. i cannot wait for the blood traitor.
