This book was transformative when I listened to it in 2016. I ended up devouring everything else Brene Brown had written to date.

Listening this time was a lot harder because I'm in a different personal and spiritual space. That's not a disparagement against the book, it's just my own circumstances make living a truly authentic life very difficult at the moment.
