My son has ignored this book all four years of his life until today. We've read it somewhere between 15 and 20 times. He doesn't seem to care about it at all until Cat A comes out from the Cat in the Hat's Hat and the subsequent matryoshka of smaller cats coming out from under smaller hats.

It's a fun book to read out loud and not as much of a tongue twister as some other Seuss books. My son is currently shouting parts of it at my wife in the other room.
