Breaking Dawn by Stephenie Meyer
5.0
Breaking Dawn is my favorite of all the four books. Finally, the long wait is over and part 1 of the movie is already in theaters.
Breaking Dawn is the final installment of the Twilight Saga. It is where it all ends. It was the perfect ending to a wonderful series.
This was where Bella and Edward finally had their happily ever after. It was the start of their forever.
In Eclipse, Edward and Bella made a compromise. Edward proposed that he give what Bella wants (Sex. Which I would ask too if I was in Bella’s position) in exchange for him marrying her. Yes. Though Edward was a vampire he still values his let say virtue. He wants to get married first before he and Bella do the thing. He wasn’t just like any guy from this generation because he wasn’t from this generation.
In Breaking Dawn is where the wedding happened. It was for me the most perfect wedding ever aside from a very uncalled for reaction of a certain werewolf.
After the wedding of course there was the honeymoon. They went to Isle Esme (Yes. Esme has her own island) for their honeymoon. That was where Edward was going to fulfill his part of the bargain.
The honeymoon was awesome. Especially the feathers thing and the headboard stuff. Hahaha. Edward got so excited that he broke a headboard and bit a couple of pillows. Bella, on the other hand, didn’t notice a thing. She didn’t even notice that she had bruises all over her body. I guess doing it with Edward makes you that high that you don’t even notice pain. Hahaha. Lucky Bella!
Everything seemed normal until Bella’s period was delayed. Surprise, Surprise! Bella was PREGNANT!
Bella was excited while Edward was horrified. Anyways, I won’t go into details anymore about it but everything did work out in the end.
The second part of the book by the way was in Jacob’s POV. He was very entertaining to read. The chapter titles were hilarious. His account was during the time Bella was having issues with her pregnancy and he trying to prevent the other wolves from killing her.
Last part of the book was back to Bella’s POV as a vampire. She finally got her dream come true. There were loads of revelations here too. Just when you thought everything was going to be over, other complications arise.
This book was awesome. I said it before and I’ll say it again. This was my most FAVORITE installment.
I couldn’t describe the feeling I felt when I read this. I think I read this a dozen times already.
I am a sucker for happy endings and this book definitely had one, not just for Edward and Bella but also for Jacob too.
I disliked Bella in Twilight, hated her in New Moon, detested her in Eclipse but loved her in Breaking Dawn. I admire her for loving Renesmee even though she was killing her. I could relate to that which was why I was hands up to her for that.
Anyways, I love love love Breaking Dawn. No matter how many other books I will come to love in the future, the Twilight Saga would always be my most favorite.
PERFECT 5!
