I'm so interested in learning more about using Hypnosis to better my own life. Especially in the weight department. I like that this book explains about hypnosis and the different techniques, but also goes into why most people fail to lose weight. You can use hypnosis to target the specific area that you struggle with your weight loss goals, whether it is improving your relationship with food or stopping emotional eating, or even getting portion control. I also love that they've included positive affirmations which is something I strongly believe in.
