I Kissed Shara Wheeler by Casey McQuiston
4.75
This was, like, so fun to read. Genuinely had me giggling every two pages. Love love love the characters, they're all amazing and I would take a bullet for them, and they're so sweet and flawed and lovable. You're probably gonna have to suspend some belief in order to read this, because it has a pretty silly plotline. But it's fun. Literally a straight high school romcom, but made for the queers. Would totally recommend as it really is all the vibes.
In terms of favorite characters, I am so partial to Ace and Smith and actually maybe all of the side characters?? Our two main main characters are very flawed, which you may find annoying, but it's also the whole point of high school. They're kids, and they're figuring their shit out.
