Sense and Sensibility by Jane Austen

5.0

Pretty much perfect. It’s a little darker than other works by Miss Austen but that makes it feel a little more grounded, as well as making us more cognisant and aware of life as it was led by our characters and the very real damage that could be done to a reputation and future by impulsive acts. However, it is also laugh-out-loud funny and full of bits that I read aloud to my long-suffering wife.
